زوجي وصل حديثاً وطلعنا إقامته. نبي نطلع له البطاقة الصحية تبع مؤسسة حمد. هل التسجيل يتم عن طريق تطبيق "نرعاكم" ولا لازم نزور المركز الصحي التابع لمنطقتنا (عمر بن الخطاب)؟ ووش الأوراق؟

The easiest way is through the "Nar'aakom" app. You log in with your National Authentication System (Tawtheeq) account, select "Apply for Health Card", pay 100 QAR online, and they assign you to the nearest PHCC based on your National Address. You do not need to visit the center anymore unless you specifically want the physical printed card (the digital one on the app is accepted everywhere).
