Company provides good private insurance (QLM). Pregnant with our first. People say Sidra Medicine is the absolute best but mostly for complicated cases. Is Al Ahli Hospital or The View better for a standard birth experience?

Sidra is world-class, but it operates more like a high-end government hospital (priority to complex cases and research). For a standard, comfortable maternity experience with private insurance, Al Ahli Hospital is the most popular choice among expats. The View is brand new and very luxurious (looks like a 5-star hotel), but check if your specific QLM network tier covers it 100%.
