Changing jobs.. what is the actual NOC process through ADLSA now?
Got a new offer. Resigned properly. I know the "NOC" is technically abolished, but my new company says I still need to initiate the transfer on the Ministry of Labour (ADLSA) portal. How long does the approval actually take these days?

Yes, you must initiate the transfer on the Ministry of Labour (ADLSA) portal. You upload your resignation letter (signed and stamped by your current employer to prove you gave notice). The system notifies your current company. Approval usually takes 1 to 2 weeks. Once approved, your new company pays the transfer fee on Metrash2 and your QID is linked to them.
