Job offer in Qatar, is 22k QAR a good salary for a Senior Dev?
Offered 22,000 QAR total package. I have to pay for my own housing and car from this. I have a wife and one toddler. Is this enough for a comfortable life in Doha? (I do not need luxury, just decent savings and good schooling).

22k QAR is decent but tight for a family if you want to save. Breakdown: 2BR furnished apartment in a family area (Al Wakrah or Thumama) = 6k. Car loan/rental = 2k. Groceries/Utilities = 3k. Nursery/Schooling for one child = 3k to 4k. That leaves you with around 7k for savings, entertainment, and flights. Negotiate an education allowance on top of the 22k if possible.

22k is great IF the company pays for school. If not, 1 kid in a British school is like 4k a month, keep that in mind when budgeting.
